Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. Here's our policy for rescheduling group sessions:
Individual Session Rescheduling:
If you need to miss a specific group session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You will receive access to the session recording and can catch up asynchronously. However, we cannot reschedule individual group sessions as they are designed for the cohort format.
Moving to a Different Cohort
If you need to postpone your entire program enrollment, you may request to move to a future cohort if you notify us at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session. This is subject to availability in upcoming cohorts.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing 48 hours advance notice, you will still be charged the full program fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. Session recordings will still be made available to you.
